HEA-10000 Series

Parallel connection of different power ratings enables maximum flexibility for up to 1.92 MW

To allow a single unit to control all others, up to 64 power supplies and loads of the HEA-10000 series can be connected in parallel via the master-slave bus. The system can consist of any combination of units with different power ratings within the same family (HEAPS | HEA-PSI | HEA-PSB | or HEA-ELR). Furthermore, a galvanically isolated share bus interface in each unit ensures safety by allowing the devices to safely share the load requirements, enabling the entire rack to operate with full dynamics.

Access to wider voltage and current ranges in a single unit through autoranging

All devices offer true autoranging features. Autoranging allows the unit to deliver a higher voltage at lower currents and a higher current at lower voltages compared to a power supply or load with a conventional rectangular output curve. Autoranging power supplies and loads provide users with a wider voltage and current range without the need to oversize the equipment. Generating AC and DC signals as well as simulating fuel cells, modules, or entire packs

The power supplies and loads feature a built-in function generator with an arbitrary function. This makes it possible to generate complex signals as a function of a DC bias, as well as to simulate characteristics such as those of solar cells, batteries, and fuel cells. Special functions enable Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). EN 50530 is used for testing solar panel inverters, alongside test sequences based on LV123, LV124, and LV148 standards for testing automotive components and systems. The integrated functions simplify the programming of these devices for simulations and the creation of sequences to meet key testing standards.
