Do you wish a technical change or an extension of the performance of your HEIDEN system? Let us know your new requirements and we will be happy to advise you on implementation.
A device from our company is not working correctly? We support you quickly, uncomplicatedly and competently via our RMA system!
Please note to a quick and smooth processing:
- Inform us in advance about the shipment. For this purpose, our RMA system is available on this page. You are also welcome to call us to clarify the processing with our staff.
- A description of the error helps us to process the order quickly.
- Pack the device or system well. The original packaging or equivalent is ideally suited.
- Please secure heavy and particularly sensitive devices additionally on a shipping pallet.
- Only pack control cabinets upright and secured against tipping over on a shipping pallet.
After receiving your device, we will examine it. After the diagnosis we will contact you:
- If the necessary repair is chargeable, you will receive a cost estimate. After you have approved it, we will start the repair.
- If the intensive checks have shown that there is no equipment fault, we will charge for the inspection work – even during the warranty period.
- If a repair is not ordered after the inspection, we will charge an inspection fee for the work performed.
