1. Talk with us

Call us or send us an email describing your requirements. Our team of technicians and engineers will be happy to receive your application description and explain our options to you. Together with you, we will develop a concept that ideally fits your application.

2. Let’s define the target

Whether a standard device already fits your application, whether a device is built according to your requirements or whether we plan a complete system for you. Here we strike the right path.

3. We show the way

For simple devices and adaptations, you will receive an attractive offer from us in a timely manner. More complex solutions, however, require detailed planning. Depending on the technical scope of the project, our team will create a planning concept based on your requirements – you gain transparency.

4. Production & information

We manufacture your system as planned and ordered. All discussed special features are taken into account. If you have any customization requests at this stage, our planning & production team is always ready to listen to you.

We will keep you informed. Your HEIDEN employee responsible for the project stays in close contact with you and supports you with any questions regarding your new system.

5. Delivery, commissioning and instruction

We deliver our systems exclusively with reputable carriers, so that your system arrives safely. If you have ordered commissioning for your new system, we will visit you on site. Our service staff will commission the system and explain the special features to you. Here no questions remain open!

6. We stay in contact

With us, you don’t just get a device or a system. You get a partner. If you need support, if you want extensions or changes, we are there for you.
