The HEIDEN 1138 DC high current power supply is a high quality electronic rectifier, designed for industrial use, not only in the electroplating industry. The optionally watercooled DC current source with switchmode power supply technology is designed for direct installation at the electroplating bath with minimum space requirements.
Power supply Power to X
The HEIDEN 1138 DC power supply for power-to-X meets the requirements of low ripple. This protects the electrolyzer and extends the service life. For lower powers we offer our HE-4606. For even higher powers, the proven 1138 is also available with water cooling.
Electronic control
The electronic control guarantees that the set values are maintained during operation, even if the load on the DC output changes. The power range can be individually multiplied by series or parallel connection.
Various fields of application
In addition to the classic Gavanik applications, the source has proven itself in industrie at power 2 X applications, is suitable for high current contact tests or is used for testing and heating electrically conductive ropes.
Galvanic isolation
The galvanic separation of the power stage from the control system is guaranteed by the digital control card.
Switch mode power supply technology
This DC current source is designed in switch mode power supply technology. The advantages of this technology: very compact design maximum precision in control behavior low ripple, high efficiency (> 85 %)
